Anglian Salt was set up in 1991 to specialise in supplying Salt, initially to the domestic market for Water Softeners.

This proved to be very successful, and Anglian Salt ventured further afield, supplying Industrial users and, in particular, the Food Industry.

Being based in Harleston, Norfolk, gives Anglian Salt convenient access both to Norfolk and Suffolk, which are renowned for having Hard Water, and our customers now stretch from King's Lynn to Great Yarmouth, south to Ipswich and west to Haverhill and Thetford.

John Bedwell manages the whole operation from Harleston, Norfolk, and offers deliveries within 2/3 days, and in many instances, a same day delivery - this coupled with competitive prices and a courteous service, makes Anglian Salt the leading Salt Merchant in the East Anglian region.

Nowadays we act as suppliers of

• Water Softener Salt in Tabular, Granular and Pure Dried Vacuum (PDV) form
• White De-Icing Salt
• Thawrox Rock Salt
• 10 & 25kg bags of dishwasher salt.

We hold large stocks of salt for the Industrial, Commercial, Food Agricultural and Domestic user, we allow for collection and usually have up to 50 plus tonnes of various salts in stock at any one time.
